The “Villa Camille" is located in Carqueiranne, which enjoys from more than 300 days of sunshine a year, and more specifically it is in the very popular district of Pradon.
Built on the tiered garden that once housed tulip plantations, it overlooks the beach and offers a sublime view of the sea from every room in the house.
Everything has been arranged for your comfort: a bright living space with a welcoming kitchen, reversible air conditioning throughout the house, terraces where you can take your meals on sunny days under the shade sail while savouring the view, or near the safe swimming pool and heated...
You will have 4 bedrooms, including 1 en suite bedroom on the ground floor (the other 3 are upstairs).
The attractive Mediterranean garden of 2800m² is fenced off and has a boules court. As horticulturalists, passed down from generation to generation, the owners practice the art of cultivating the land... They work with passion, landscaping the Villa Camille garden throughout the year. Olive trees are dotted around the front of the house. Here and there you will find Lavender, Creeping Rosemary, Laurel, Blue Agapanthus, Yellow Lilies but also Almond Trees, Hackberry Trees, Araucarias... In Spring, the garden reveals its stunning palette of colours.
Morning bathing is just a 5 minute walk away (Pradon beach), as is the traditional port, its shops and restaurants (less than 10 minutes away). We advise you to return at sunset, the colours are sublime.
The house has been classified as 5* by the Tourist Office ;-)

5 étoiles!
Wir haben 1 Woche in diesem Objekt verbracht. Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr schön, modern, toller Pool, atemberaubende Aussicht von allen Zimmern. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nix. Das Haus ist allerdings ziemlich hellhörig, was für uns jedoch nicht schlimm war. Carqueiranne ist ein kleines Städchen mit einem kleinen Hafen. und einer netten Bucht mit sehr gemütlicher Strandbar. Ansonsten ist sehr wenig geboten und der Weg nach St. Tropez, Cannes und Nitza doch ziemlich weit. In Hyeres und Toulon gibt es wunderbare Strände und sind auch sonst eine Reise wert! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Tout était parfait. seul petit bémol: la piscine qui n'était pas aux sécurisée et accessible par des escaliers.

Nous avons déjà passé 2 vacances dans cette belle villa - et y reviendront surement encore!
La vue de la mer de toutes les pièces et la proximité de la plage sont des atouts évidents. Mais pour nous, le gros avantage c’est la cour fermée avec place pour facilement 4 véhicules et le garage pour notre grosse moto! L’organisation est parfaite, Sabrina, Samuel et Quentin forment une équipe très compétente, serviable et chaleureuse!

This is our second time is this beautiful house - and we will surely come again! The obvious assets are the see-view from all rooms and the location near the beach. But to us, the enclosed courtyard with space for 4 cars and the garage for our big bike are the biggest plus. The organization is perfect, Sabrina, Samuel and Quentin are very competent, helpful and friendly!

Super Haus mit tollem Blick! Alles ist vorhanden, nur Badetücher mitbringen. Wir sind oft zum Strand gelaufen (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar) und zum Hafen mit den vielen Restaurants (ca. 15 Min).
Die Gegend ist für Motorradfahren bestens geeignet und abends kommt die Maschine in eine geschlossene Garage: perfekt! Es war unser erstes Mal hier, aber bestimmt nicht das Letzte! Die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch gut organisiert und sehr hilfsbereit.
